The K80 Engine Controller is built for off-road stationary mechanical diesel engines. Designed to provide cost effective, entry level engine protection. Its hardware is simple and easy to use, offering essential functionality for various basic applications.

The K80 is used in the following in a basic application: Waste water de-watering, irrigation pumping, power generation, air compressors, high pressure cleaners, lighting towers, dust suppression pumping, tank filling, sewer bypass, frost control, and fire pumps.

Works With A Wide Range Of Diesel Engines.

The K80 is suitable for mechanical engines fitted with oil and temperature switches and the option of a radiator level probe. Mechanical engines must be controlled with a mechanical throttle cable.
This controller is suitable for use on the following engine brands: Caterpillar, Cummins, MTU Detroit, Perkins, Deutz, Hatz, Kubota, Yanmar, JCB, Lister , Kohler and various engines from Asia.

Engine Wiring and Panel Kits to suit your build.

Controllers are typically supplied as complete kits to reduce costs and installation time. Any additional components you may require can be supplied upon request.

Glow indication and control 5 seconds

Green when greater than 12.3 volts
Orange when greater than 11.9V and below 12.3Volts
Red when below 11.9V
Oil Pressure switch detection prior to engine start
Inhibits Fuel Stop solenoid if Oil Pressure switch not detected
